Can I change plans later?
Absolutely. Upgrade or downgrade at any time. Changes take effect on your next billing cycle. If you upgrade mid-cycle, we prorate the difference.
What payment methods do you support?
Your store can accept payments via Stripe (cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, BNPL) or Authorize.net. We handle all PCI compliance -- card data never touches your server.
Do you take a transaction fee?
Collectora does not charge transaction fees. You only pay the standard processing fees from your payment provider (Stripe or Authorize.net).
Can I use my own domain?
Yes. Every store gets a free subdomain (yourstore.collectora.shop). You can also connect your own custom domain with SSL included.
What about eBay integration?
All plans include eBay product import via CSV or API. Professional and Enterprise plans add image sync and advanced listing management.
